Overview

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Safety & Security Attendant. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure safety and security of all guests, staff, and visitors.
2. Provide professional and courteous service while protecting resort assets.
3. Monitor CCTV, fire safety systems, and patrol the premises.
4. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
5. Complete incident reports accurately.
6. Assist guests and manage lost and found items.
7. Conduct security rounds and monitor for suspicious activity.
8. Follow all security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
2. Experience in a luxury resort or similar setting.
3. First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
4. Knowledge of security software is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills in English; second language is a plus.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. High school diploma required.
