As a Safety & Security Officer, you will help provide Owners and guests with memorable moments and ensure their safety and security.

Shift: 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Requirement: Valid Driver's License required.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Patrol all areas of the property by foot or vehicle, using specified equipment.
• Administer first aid/CPR as needed.
• Ensure security of Owner/guest and meeting rooms, assist with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and fire safety systems.
• Respond to accidents and emergencies.
• Handle disturbances following company policies.
• Manage lost and found items.
• Utilize computer systems, prepare documentation, and answer calls professionally.
• Oversee OSHA & FLS compliance to mitigate risks.

Guest Experience and Standards:

• Greet guests, anticipate needs, and address concerns.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Follow all safety and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Specific duties may vary by location.
