Job summary

The Cincinnati Job Corps Center seeks energetic security professionals to join Insights Training Group LLC. This full-time role focuses on planning, developing and overseeing safety and security programs across the Center, with a strong emphasis on enforcing laws and procedures.

Responsibilities include patrols, assisting visitors and staff, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in security or youth programs is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enforce laws, rules and policies within scope of authority.
• Foot patrol assigned areas; stay alert for disturbances and hazards.
• Assist visitors, students, and staff; provide transportation as directed.
• Conduct security and safety checks; prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate recruiting, selecting and training of security cadets.
• Prepare written accident reports and briefs for staff.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained; perform vehicle checks.
