Job summary

Cincinnati Job Corps Center seeks a Center Security Supervisor to plan, implement, and oversee safety and security programs for the Center and supervise Security Officers. You will ensure the safety of students, staff, and property, regulate campus access, and coordinate incident response with drills and reports.

Qualified candidates bring a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in residential settings or related fields, and a CDL endorsement with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year in residential setting; youth programs or law enforcement preferred.
• CDL endorsement and valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of students, staff, and property.
• Supervise Security Officers and coordinate schedules.
• Regulate entry, exit, and conduct on campus.
• Conduct drills (evacuation, fire, active shooter) as required.
• Patrol premises, monitor surveillance, and inspect facilities.
• Prepare reports and investigations as directed.
