Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee construction project safety, health, and risk management across multiple sites. You will lead the ORM process, develop site-specific safety plans, and coordinate with GC/owners on mitigation strategies and training programs.

Ideal candidates have substantial S&H experience, OSHA/related certifications, and the ability to manage budgets and documentation with MS Office and SharePoint. Top-Secret/SCI clearance eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage safety programs and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCN compliance.
• Participate in meetings to advise mitigation plans and safety trainings.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets and permits, ensuring contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to craft project safety plans per specs and regulations.
• Apply OSHA/DOT regulations, safety system requirements, and risk assessments.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint for reporting and documentation.
