Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health and Risk Management across site operations.

You will drive safety program implementation, coordinate with general contractors and owners, and lead incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring extensive S&H experience, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and a track record in training development, with a strong focus on safety culture and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with a high school diploma.
• 4+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 0+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1).
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and ISO/OSH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner for site safety and NCN compliance.
• Advise on project-specific mitigation plans and trainings in meetings.
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets, permits, and contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team in creating safety plans based on specs, drawings and regulations.
