Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Safety Coordinator in Denver to support risk management by developing and implementing safety programs across outpatient and residential teams. This role safeguards staff and clients through robust policies and practical training.

You will conduct site audits, lead safety meetings, deliver emergency response training, manage incident reporting, and coordinate with local authorities as needed. A bachelor’s degree and OSHA familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in safety-related field.
• Minimum 1 year health, safety and/or environmental related experience.
• Experience with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop safety programs and site-specific safety guides.
• Hold regular safety meetings across outpatient clinical locations and residential sites.
• Deliver safety and emergency response training using tools such as alerts, panic buttons, and drills; address deficiencies.
• Identify safety risks through frequent site audits and address findings.
• Assist in incident reporting and collaborate with Program Managers, Directors and Executives.
