Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Safety Coordinator to implement and expand safety programs across the organization, focusing on outpatient clinical and residential teams. The role sits within Risk Management, helping develop safety procedures, train staff, and coordinate safety audits.

The posted range represents the full hiring range; candidates will be placed near the midpoint based on experience. The position is hybrid with local travel between Denver sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a safety-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of health, safety and/or environmental related experience.
• Experience with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop safety programs and site-specific safety guides.
• Hold regular site safety meetings with outpatient locations and residential teams.
• Deliver training focused on safety and emergency response topics with tools such as Alert Media, panic buttons, and emergency checklists.
• Identify safety improvement opportunities through site audits and address deficiencies.
• Assist in responding to Confidential Incident Reports (CIRs) and risk management communications.
