Job summary

Stellar Group Inc. is seeking a Safety Program Manager to enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and provide training across Gainesville, FL projects. This role collaborates with project teams to foster a culture of safety and ensures OSHA compliance.

Travel with rotation between jobs, initial focus on Gainesville projects, with potential travel to other states. Flexible to live remote for extended periods; remote & hybrid options exist, and we offer competitive benefits.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or construction trade
• Minimum OSHA 30Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance

Travel Requirements:

• Rotation between jobs. Initial focus will be on Gainesville, FL projects and development of individual under existing Stellar Safety employees. This role has potential requiring travel to other states as needed.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice for urgent business needs, to attend meetings, trainings, and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during business trips.
• Compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
• Ability to live remote away from home for extended periods of time

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
• Visual acuity for detailed work and computer use
• Ability to wear all required PPE
• Ability to work any hours and any day as needed
