Amazon.com Services LLC in Ohio seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to advance safety culture at a busy fulfillment site. You will lead safety audits, investigations, and training to protect associates and improve productivity.

At this role you’ll transform data into safer practices, partner with frontline teams, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a safe, inclusive work environment with flexible shifts and outdoor/indoor duties.

Formación

• High school or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in an EHS-related field preferred.
• 1 year in EHS or related field or 6 months at Amazon safety role.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and confidentiality in security matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety programs, audits, investigations, and risk assessments with data-driven strategies.
• Deliver engaging safety training and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across the organization.
