Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years of occupational health and safety experience, construction or electrical contracting preferred, with leadership experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour Construction Safety certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of company safety policies and programs.
• Oversee safety management system maintenance and update manuals/documents.
• Direct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training for employees and subcontractors.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, determining root causes.
• Collaborate with project managers and field crews to drive continuous safety improvements.
