Vantage Trades Group LLC is seeking Safety Professionals for a large-scale data center construction project in Hubbard, Texas. The role requires an experienced safety professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-risk environment and partnering with project leadership, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel.

• Previous data center construction experience required.
• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• Must possess at least one additional recognized safety certification or credential.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction standards.
• Experience conducting field inspections, JHAs/JSAs, toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound safety decisions in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and field observations.
• Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and ensure timely corrective action.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and all project-specific safety requirements.
• Review and assist with JHAs/JSAs, pre-task plans, and high-risk work activities.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety orientations as required.
• Monitor PPE, fall protection, electrical safety, LOTO, excavation, lifting/rigging, and other high-risk construction activities.
• Participate in incident, injury, and near-miss investigations.
• Document findings, corrective actions, inspections, and safety observations.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when an imminent or serious hazard is identified.
• Coach employees and subcontractors on safe work practices.
• Work directly with project management and field supervision to resolve safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate and professional safety documentation and reports.

Safety Professional – Data Center Construction

Location: Hubbard, Texas | On-Site

Vantage Trades Group LLC is seeking experienced Safety Professionals to support a large-scale data center construction project in Hubbard, Texas.

This position requires an experienced construction safety professional who can work independently in a fast-paced, high-risk environment and effectively partner with project leadership, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel. The Safety Professional will be responsible for maintaining site safety expectations, identifying and correcting hazards, enforcing OSHA and project-specific requirements, and promoting a proactive safety culture throughout daily field operations.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3years of construction safety experience, previous data center project experience, and professional safety credentials/certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with craft personnel, subcontractors, superintendents, and project leadership.
• Ability to work independently and make sound safety decisions in the field.
• Must be able to provide documentation of required certifications.
