Vantage Trades Group LLC is seeking experienced Safety Professionals to support a commercial construction project in Hubbard, Texas. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance, and conducting daily field inspections on a live jobsite.

The ideal candidate has commercial or industrial construction safety experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to identify and correct hazards before incidents occur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections.

• Inspect PPE, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.

Vantage Trades Group LLC is seeking experienced Safety Professionals to support a commercial construction project in Hubbard, Texas. This position is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting daily field inspections, and working closely with project supervision to maintain a safe and productive jobsite.

The ideal candidate has commercial or industrial construction safety experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and correct hazards before incidents occur. Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements.
• Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Perform hazard assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Inspect PPE, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
• Coach employees and subcontractors on safe work practices.
• Work closely with project management to promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 required.
• Commercial or industrial construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• CHST, STS-C, ASP, CSP, or other safety certifications are preferred but not required.
