EPB in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Safety Process Improvement Specialist to drive the development and continuous improvement of safety programs across field and facility operations. You will partner with Safety Leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and promote a proactive safety culture.

The role involves leading risk assessments, JHAs, CAPAs, and training programs while coordinating with engineering, operations, and maintenance to integrate safety

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in safety/EHS or process improvement in regulated environment.
• Experience mapping processes, implementing changes, and measuring results.
• Experience developing/auditing/maintaining safety programs (LOTO, JHA, PPE, training).
• Experience analyzing incident data and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and influence teams.
• Proficient with Excel and safety/EHS software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety processes across operations.
• Analyze safety procedures and JSAs to identify gaps and reduce risk.
• Develop, update, and standardize safety policies and programs with industry standards.
• Facilitate lean/six-sigma projects for high‑risk activities.
• Perform RCA for incidents and track CAPAs.
• Maintain safety performance metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Conduct JHAs, risk assessments, and safety audits.
