Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA, is seeking a Safety Partner for flexi evenings (3P–11P). The role supports patient safety initiatives, coordinates safety procedures, and collaborates with clinical teams to maintain a safe hospital environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma; healthcare experience or health sciences enrollment is preferred. Completion of a Sentara Safety Partner Training Course during orientation, plus BLS within 90 days, is required.

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $17.82 - $25.65 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
