Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA seeks a Flexi Night Shift Safety Partner to monitor and assist at-risk patients while maintaining a safe hospital environment. The role emphasizes collaborative care and patient safety, with a focus on supporting patients during overnight hours.

The position requires a high school diploma and may prefer healthcare exposure or health sciences study. Night shift hours are 7pm–7am, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $17.82 - $25.65 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
