Job summary

University Health is seeking a safety/operations analyst to support readiness across departments. You will participate in EOC rounds, mine data from rounds across the facility, and generate monthly trend reports to share with teams during EOC meetings and CMS surveys.

You will also assist departments with accreditation readiness and manage medium to high priority projects as directed, leveraging Microsoft Office tools and healthcare experience where possible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in environmental science, EHS, fire science, business administration or related field, or two years’ administrative/safety/data analytics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• CHSP or CHFM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational functions to ensure department readiness.
• Participate in EOC rounds and data mining from rounds across the facility.
• Generate monthly reports showing trends and share findings with departments.
• Assist during on-site accreditation and CMS surveys as required.
• Manage medium to high priority projects as assigned.
