Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a Safety Administrator to organize safety records, onboard personnel, and maintain compliance across construction environments. The role supports incident reporting, OSHA requirements, and safety communications while coordinating audits, meetings, and training.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Associate's preferred), 2+ years in safety-adjacent administration, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Ability to prepare and convey information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize safety records, documentation, and compliance files.
• Support onboarding and orientation for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Track and maintain safety certifications, training records, licenses, and required qualifications.
• Assist with incident reporting, corrective action tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate and schedule safety meetings, audits, inspections, and training sessions.
• Support OSHA recordkeeping and safety reporting requirements.
• Prepare and distribute safety communications, reports, meeting minutes, and training materials.
