Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Regulatory Accreditation Data Specialist to oversee the Patient Safety & Regulatory Accreditation programs. You will manage the Patient Safety Evaluation System, analyze safety events, and support risk mitigation across OU Health facilities.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Salesforce is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of relevant administrative experience required.
• Experience with regulatory programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety reports involving patients, staff, and visitors.
• Track near misses, adverse events, and incidents.
• Develop safety dashboards and CMS rounding tools.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies during surveys.
• Administer CMS Rounding software and other systems.
• Educate staff on patient safety and risk management.
