Green Hills Community is seeking a hospitality-focused Safety Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves patrolling both inside and outside facilities and responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while ensuring confidential handling of information.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

• Have basic knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Experience in security and/or CNA/EMT preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR checks.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled rounds both inside and outside the community buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to alarms and emergency calls; provide first aid/CPR as needed; notify appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely, accurate incident reports, safety inspections, and service requests; deliver reports to supervisor.
• Assist with special security needs involving employees, visitors, and community members.

Job Classification: Full-Time: 36 hours/week

Schedule: Work 3 days a week (12 hours/day) between Sunday – 7am-7pm, Monday – 8am-6pm, & Tuesday – 8pm – 6pm

Salary: $20.00/hour

GreenHills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Safety Officer to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and employees, while protecting community property.

• Perform scheduled rounds both inside and outside the community buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to all alarms and emergency calls. Perform first aid/CPR as necessary. Responsible for immediate notification of emergencies to appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely, accurate reports, including incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergencies, and delivers report(s) to supervisor.
• Assist with special security needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community.
