The role requires proactive training and close collaboration with the project team and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in safety management within construction, strong OSHA knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of safety management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills with on-site teams.

Aufgaben

• Promote a safety-first culture on assigned projects.
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses and safe work plans with Superintendents/PMs.
• Identify hazardous conditions and implement corrective actions.
