Job summary

HazTek Safety Management seeks a Construction Safety Manager to support an interior renovation project in Portsmouth, NH. You will oversee daily safety activities and coordinate with project leadership and multiple contractors to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include supervising safety oversight, site inspections, toolbox talks, and addressing unsafe conditions. Renovation in existing facilities and overtime availability are noted.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience overseeing work at heights, hot work, and multiple contractors working in close proximity.
• Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and hazard recognition.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, field personnel, and project leadership.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology construction experience preferred.
• Renovation experience within existing facilities preferred.
• Availability for occasional Saturday work and overtime.
