HazTek Safety Management in Midland, TX seeks an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on a data center construction project. The role ensures OSHA compliance, implements best safety practices, and promotes a culture where every worker goes home safe.

Responsibilities include leading daily safety meetings, conducting accident investigations, performing safety audits, managing subcontractors, and overseeing fall protection, scaffolding, and excavation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety with data center experience
• Owner's Representative experience highly preferred
• Degree in a safety-related field preferred
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
