Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on a Midland, TX data center construction project, ensuring OSHA compliance and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.

You will lead daily safety meetings, perform audits, manage subcontractors, and ensure proper procedures for Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection and Excavation, with strong communication and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct construction safety experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Owner's Representative experience highly preferred.
• Degree in a safety-related field preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 certification a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Daily safety audits and inspections

• Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety with experience on a data center and or mission critcal build required
