Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Safety Manager for heavy civil water and wastewater projects in the Southwest. The role partners with operations to promote a strong safety culture on active sites and to conduct audits, investigations, and training.

You will lead incident investigations, support safety program improvements, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a voice for frontline employees in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• Heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, underground, or infrastructure experience preferred.
• OSHA 500/510 certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and project teams to promote a strong safety culture across active construction projects.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing employee development.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs and procedures.
