Safety Manager – Ground Up Projects up to $40M

Join a reputable builder as their Lead Safety Manager on projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This is a huge opportunity with a stable and diverse pipeline. It is an urgent need for one of our top clients.

Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Client Overview
  • Office in Brookline, MA
  • Projects throughout Greater Boston area (typically within 5 minutes of office and in Lynn/Braintree)
  • Project values $20M – $40M
  • Project types: Academic, Historical Renovations, Smaller Multifamily, Restaurants, Healthcare
  • Mid‑size firm, 30+ years in business, family‑owned, owners formerly of a large national GC
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and resources to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Investigate and report incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
  • Maintain updated records of safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure the company's safety policies align with current standards.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits.
Qualifications
