Crete United is seeking a Regional Safety Manager based in South Easton, MA to support active jobs across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and the DC area. You will develop and enforce safety programs, lead the safety culture, and partner with project teams to keep projects moving safely.
This role requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA expertise, and certifications. Travel across the region, strong field presence, and ability to work independently while communicating with
Regional Coverage: Mostly MA but need to be able to travel from Annapolis MD to Burlington MA when needed
Pay: $110-120K/yr + Excellent benefit package+ KPI bonuses

This Safety Manager role will be based in South Easton Massachusetts and will support active jobs throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and the DC area. The Regional Safety Manager will work directly with field crews, supervisors, and operations leaders to reinforce safe work practices while keeping projects moving.
You’ll be highly visible in the field, respected by crews, and trusted as a practical safety leader who understands construction realities, not just compliance manuals.
