Job description

Job Title: Safety Manager - Data Centers, Mission Critical

Location: Mount Pleasant, WI

Position Overview:

STV is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols for Data Centers and Mission Critical projects within the Construction Management Group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage environmental, industrial, health, and safety regulation compliance for multiple clients.
2. Serve as a technical advisor to project and field management on safety and health planning issues.
3. Apply company policies and procedures to promote safety and health programs.
4. Coordinate medical and emergency first aid services.
5. Monitor compliance with safety laws, standards, and codes.
6. Supervise Safety Inspectors and ensure policy adherence.
7. Participate in injury, incident, and condition investigations; maintain records and reports.
8. Assist in inspecting equipment, facilities, and ongoing work.
9. Develop safety procedures in collaboration with project teams.
10. Conduct safety training, orientations, and promote safety education among personnel.
11. Maintain safety logs and incident records.
12. Act as liaison for contractors' safety representatives and oversee subcontractors' safety meetings.

Compensation Range: $112,253.66 - $149,671.54
