Metric Geo, a leading heavy civil contractor, seeks a Project Health & Safety Manager to lead safety programs across active construction projects with a focus on regulatory and client compliance.

You will work closely with project leadership, field supervision, subcontractors, and workers to sustain a culture of safety excellence and drive incident prevention, training, audits, and corrective action on major projects spanning multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive project-specific health and safety programs and initiatives across active construction projects.
• Ensure regulatory and client safety compliance for all sites.
• Partner with project leadership, field supervision, subcontractors and employees to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Lead training, audits and corrective actions to reduce incidents and raise safety performance.
• Mentor field safety professionals and oversee safety mentoring across multiple regions.

I'm partnering with a leading heavy civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across multiple operating regions. With safety at the core of the business, they're looking for an experienced Project Health & Safety Manager to provide leadership, direction, and oversight across active construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving project-specific safety programs, ensuring regulatory and client compliance, and partnering closely with project leadership, field supervision, subcontractors, and employees to maintain a strong culture of safety excellence.

Location: Project-Based / Travel Required
