Job summary

Metric Geo, a leading heavy civil contractor, is seeking a Project Health & Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active construction projects with travel to multiple regions.

You will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and crews to develop robust safety programs, ensure regulatory and client compliance, conduct training, audits, and drive a culture of safety excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of site safety programs on major construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and client safety requirements.
• Ability to drive safety culture through coaching and audits.

Responsibilities

I'm partnering with a leading heavy civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across multiple operating regions. With safety at the core of the business, they're looking for an experienced Project Health & Safety Manager to provide leadership, direction, and oversight across active construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving project-specific safety programs, ensuring regulatory and client compliance, and partnering closely with project leadership, field supervision, subcontractors, and employees to maintain a strong culture of safety excellence.

Location: Project-Based / Travel Required
