Job summary

INA Solution is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across multiple branches, fleet operations, and construction job sites in Phoenix. You will lead fleet safety initiatives, conduct employee training, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities include safety inspections at branches and sites, coordinating drug and alcohol testing, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions. Travel 25–35% and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety, fleet safety, or a related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience with safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25–35%.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
