Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a safety-focused professional for a fully onsite role in the United States. You will lead corporate safety and risk initiatives across distributor locations, coordinate with TPAs on claims, and drive return-to-work programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of related experience or a GED with 7–9+ years. You’ll partner with HR and management to train staff and maintain regulatory compliance while enjoying a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver results of corporate and company safety and risk management initiatives at distributor locations.
• Examine injury and accident reports and assist supervisors with investigations to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Third Party Administrator (TPA).
• Coordinate with TPA claims adjusters to ensure proper handling of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability claims; coordinate prompt return to work modified duty.
• Coordinate and participate in all workers’ comp claim reviews.
• Collaborate with management and HR on modified duty assignments, interactive process, and employment decisions.
• Conduct training for managers, supervisors and employees on safe work practices, injury prevention, hazard recognition and regulatory compliance.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Accountable for implementing and delivering results of corporate and company safety and risk management initiatives at both distributor locations
• Examine all injury and accident reports and assistsupervisors with accident investigations to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all claim information to Third Party Administrator (TPA), and to mitigate future similar injuries
• Work with the TPA claims adjusters to ensure proper andefficient handling of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and GeneralLiability claims. Provide thorough follow-up with injured employees and maintain regular contact with TPA and Primary Treating Physicians to coordinate prompt return to work modified duty program
• Coordinate and participate in all work comp claim reviews
• Strategic collaboration with management team and human resources on modified duty assignments, interactive process, and employment decisions
• Conduct training for managers, supervisors and employees on safe work practices, including Back Injury Prevention, accident and injury prevention, hazard recognition and awareness, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
