Sheakley in Orlando, FL is seeking a Construction Safety Manager for a 3+ month assignment on a Walt Disney World project. You’ll provide hands-on safety oversight for structural steel erection and ironworker activities, ensuring OSHA compliance and project safety standards.
You’ll lead field safety with ironworkers, crane operators, and supervision to oversee steel erection, bolting, welding, rigging, and elevated work on a fast-paced site.

Pay Rate: $63/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local)
Per Diem: $150/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 50-60 Hours Per Week | 1st Shift

The Construction Safety Manager will work closely with ironworkers, steel erectors, crane operators, and project leadership to oversee steel erection, field bolting and welding, rigging operations, and elevated work on a fast‑paced commercial construction project.
The ideal candidate is a highly visible, field-focused safety professional with strong structural steel construction experience who can effectively support ironworkers, crane operators, and field leadership throughout the steel erection process.
Success in this role requires the ability to proactively identify hazards associated with elevated steel work, crane operations, rigging, welding, and structural assembly while ensuring compliance with OSHA Subpart R and maintaining a safe, productive work environment.
Salary: $52 - $63 per hour
