This role is critical for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive accident prevention and safety programs across projects and the company. The Safety Manager will conduct work area assessments, perform jobsite inspections and audits with a focus on hazard recognition, and facilitate safety meetings and training programs. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, supporting job hazard analysis, evaluating program effectiveness through field walks, and providing coaching and feedback on safety behaviors. The role also involves supporting incident investigations and managing injury/illness cases, requiring strong independent work skills, communication, and at least 7 years of construction safety experience, including OSHA 30 certification.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Safety Manager position is $100,000/yr and the maximum rate for the Safety Manager position is $110,000/yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
