Job summary

EMR is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at a recycling facility. You will manage safety, material flow, inventory and shipping while driving efficiency and margins.

You will oversee a skilled team, develop employees, and coordinate with regional support teams to uphold safety, environmental and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience of daily operations in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment and machinery.
• Experience in the recycling or demolition industry, with knowledge of scrap metal commodities (a plus).
• Experience leading a team and developing employees.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

As a Site Manager at EMR, you’ll support core operations and help advance our sustainability mission. In this role, you’ll lead a skilled team, represent EMR to local customers and oversee safety, material flow, inventory and shipping to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
