Denham-Blythe Company, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee health and safety on construction projects nationwide from our Kentucky base. You will lead safety orientations, manage site safety programs, and collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into design and execution.
The role requires at least five years of construction safety experience; CHST certification is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% to job sites and coordinate with site teams is essential.

The Safety Manager monitors safety and health regulations and provides technical support to Denham-Blythe jobsites to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies. Coordinates with the Safety Director to establish best practices in safety.
While performing the duties of this project, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen and frequently required to stand or walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. May work under extreme conditions.
