Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $56/hr (Day & Night Shift)
Overtime: Paid After 40 Hours
Per Diem: $150/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Day Shift: 0600 - 1800 | Mon - Sun | 7 - 12s | 84hrs/week
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Monday-Sunday | 7x12s

Required Qualifications
CHST or Higher Safety Certification
5+ years of construction safety experience
Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction environments
Experience with abrasive blasting, industrial coatings, painting, or abatement-related work
Experience overseeing elevated work and scissor lift operations
Preferred Qualifications
Lead abatement or lead exposure control experience
Abrasive blasting and industrial coatings safety experience
Respiratory protection program experience
Data center or mission-critical construction experience
Experience supporting warehouse conversions or renovation projects
CSP, ASP, CIH, or additional safety/industrial hygiene credentials
