Per Diem: $125/Day (18 Days of Per Diem for Candidates Residing More Than 50 Miles from the Project)
Completion Bonus: $150/month

Join a contractor supporting a critical shutdown project involving conveyor replacement and mechanical equipment installation at an active industrial manufacturing facility in Demopolis, AL.
This role provides hands‑on safety leadership during a fast‑paced outage involving heavy mechanical work, conveyor change‑outs, crane and rigging activities, confined space entry, excavation, elevated work, and contractor coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, or mining environments and be comfortable working extended shifts during a scheduled shutdown.
