About The Role

As a Safety Manager, you will play a key role in developing, assessing, and maintaining policies and procedures that help reduce risk and ensure employee safety in the workplace. You will provide training and guidance for workers and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Work location: Lithia Springs (Day Shift)

In This Role You Will

• Identify hazards and coordinate mitigation using the hierarchy of controls
• Conduct frequent site tours, observe work processes, engage employees, correct safety deficiencies, and coach
• Create daily safety reports documenting observations and corrective actions
• Inspect and audit Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
• Perform monthly audits such as Rigging, Fall Protection, Grounding, Power GFCI, and Arc Flash PPE inspections
• Produce weekly Toolbox Topics relevant to jobsite activities
• Conduct orientations and training sessions
• Handle accident and incident investigations
• Manage case documentation and follow-up

Education/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction
• OSHA 30 and 510 certifications
• Knowledge of State and Local Codes, CFR 29, 1926, & NFPA 70E
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and identify root causes
• Proficient with computers, phones, and office equipment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, active listening)
• Positive attitude with team management and training abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
