Job Description Summary

Supports the identification and development of product offerings for the business. Impacts approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected business organization, influencing ways of working. Affects quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team. Guided by commercial practices and policies, with significant control over commercial priorities. Operates with moderate autonomy in executing commercial arrangements, requiring high levels of commercial judgment to achieve desired outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Accountability: Responsible for functional, business, and company objectives. Develops processes to meet business needs, participates in long-term planning, manages complex issues within expertise, and contributes to overall business strategy.
2. Knowledge and Communication: Develops specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments and influences others through communication. Contributes to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within the area of responsibility.
3. Market Knowledge: Maintains in-depth knowledge of best practices, market competition, and differentiators.
4. Decision-Making: Uses judgment to solve moderately complex tasks and problems across projects, product lines, markets, and customers. Supports recommendations with data analysis and external/internal sources.
5. Leadership and Collaboration: Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues, may lead small projects with moderate risks, and works to build consensus. Develops persuasion skills to influence others within the field.

Required Qualifications

• Outside the USA: Significant experience in Product Management & Digital Product Management; comparable to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• In the USA: Master's degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and document and execute initiatives.
• Established project management skills.
