As a Safety Management Development Associate at Nestlé Purina,we will coach you from the start, shaping your career trajectory for continuous learning and growth. Together,we’llexplore quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, human resources, production, R&D engineering, information systems, and operations performance to understand how each of these areas collaborate with safety. You’ll learn quickly that safety is our number one priority and we want our associates to go home the same way they came in. Throughout your time in our MDA program, you will gain experience in implementing risk assessment processes, making safety improvement recommendations, and delivering comprehensive safety trainings to new hires and contractors.

Thestarting payfor this position is$80,000per year. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
