Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Safety Manager based in South Carolina to implement and maintain the company’s Zero Accidents—No Excuses philosophy. You will partner with project leadership to foster a safe working environment, plan site safety activities, and supervise safety staff across multiple projects as needed.

The role requires a four-year degree (or equivalent experience), CHST/OSHA certifications, and strong English skills; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CHST certification or OSHA 510/500 preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PC’s safety policies align with OSHA and company initiatives.
• Plan site safety programs with project leadership and supervise safety employees.
• Conduct safety meetings, preconstruction meetings with subcontractors, and site inspections.
• Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions with site supervisors and the Regional Safety Manager.
