W. M. Jordan Company is seeking a full‑time Safety Manager with at least 5 years of safety experience. Safety Managers support all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective safety program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Regular Inspections/Audits of Sites & Offices
• Manage W. M. Jordan’s Safety and Health Program
• Conduct safety training for W. M. Jordan personnel and Trade Partners
• Reinforce W. M. Jordan safety culture
• Track leading and lagging indicators
• Incident investigation and documentation
• Support W. M. Jordan safety initiatives in all regions (across three states)
• Serve on the W. M. Jordan safety committee

Qualifications and Experience

• Five (5)+ years of experience in a safety role (construction preferred)
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflict
• Excellent listening skills and detailed documentation
• CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications required
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various software
• Security clearance for federal projects required
• Valid drivers license
• CQC experience preferred
