W3Global in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across low-voltage construction projects. You will develop and enforce programs, train teams, and ensure OSHA compliance on site.

This hands-on role requires conducting site inspections, audits, investigations, and reporting metrics such as TRIR and incident rates. Regular regional travel is expected to support multi-site operations.

Formación

• 3–7+ years of safety management experience in commercial or low-voltage construction.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and enforcement requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety programs and documentation.
• Perform site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across active projects.
• Deliver safety training on OSHA regulations, PPE, fall protection, and lift operations.
• Lead investigations of accidents, injuries, and near misses; drive corrective actions and prevention.
