You will own end-to-end investigations across RMC, RMCLH, RMCBT, and AFP, using telematics, video, and law enforcement records to determine findings. You will write clear narratives for senior audiences, apply FMCSA criteria, identify regional trends, and recommend enhancements.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Are 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Own assigned incident investigations end to end across programs.
• Collect and preserve evidence from telematics, dash camera footage, law enforcement records, and carrier documentation.
• Apply FMCSA Crash Preventability Determination Program criteria and video review standards.
• Write investigation narratives documenting what occurred and the factors identified, each sourced to verifiable data.
• Serve as incident point of contact to internal stakeholders and external counsel.
