Job summary

Walsh Group is seeking Safety Interns for projects in Miami, FL and surrounding areas. The program offers hands-on experience in project engineering and field management, with travel across the United States and opportunities to join leadership tracks after graduation.

You will support the on-site safety team, participate in safety walks, help with orientations, and assist in incident reporting while learning multiple career paths within Walsh's safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work a 12‑week schedule preferred.
• Relocation may be required with a living allowance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field safety walks.
• Assist safety manager with new employee orientations.
• Complete accident and incident reports.
• Oversee safety and health of personnel on jobsites.
• Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors.
