The State Group in Paducah, Kentucky is offering a safety internship on-site as part of the Future Leaders Program. You'll collaborate across the organization, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to real projects.

This paid internship includes mentorship, potential for full-time employment after graduation, and exposure to various business areas while building your professional network and Capstone Project experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college diploma or university degree in safety.
• Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education.
• Strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen for US internships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization while gaining insight into how our business operates.
• Assist with research, analysis, planning, documentation, reporting, and other responsibilities related to your area of study.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, updates, and solutions.
• Build practical skills through hands-on experience, mentorship and professional development.
• Network with other interns and participate in a collaborative Capstone Project.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
