Mountaire Farms is offering an Environmental Health & Safety internship in Millsboro, Delaware. The intern will analyze injury data, evaluate safety programs, and collaborate with Safety, Operations, and Production teams to strengthen workplace safety performance.
The program emphasizes identifying injury trends, competitive recommendations, and hands-on exposure monitoring experience, with travel to Delaware facilities for presentations and seminars.

The project will focus on identifying trends related to the top causes of injuries and assessing the effectiveness of Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, and Industrial Hygiene programs. Working alongside Safety, Operations, and Production teams, the intern will develop recommendations that support continuous improvement and help strengthen workplace safety performance.
