Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with data analysis, graphic design, video editing, AI tools, or safety programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Safety & Environmental initiatives (≈80%).
• Support HR projects and onboarding activities (≈20%).
• Assist with audits, PPE audits, and data digitization.
• Create AI-generated safety training videos and materials.
• Contribute to incident reporting dashboards and trend analysis.
• Learn about the HR Generalist role in a manufacturing setting.
