Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking a Safety and Health Business Analyst to design and implement technology solutions for corporate health and safety. The role focuses on data, dashboards, and automation using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with rigorous data governance and security requirements.

The analyst will collaborate with safety professionals, IT, and business leaders to translate regulatory needs into reliable data and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree.
Four or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analytics or related fields.
Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience developing and supporting production solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Analyze processes, identify risks, and recommend tech-enabled improvements.
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain databases, SharePoint sites, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards/reports.
Manage solution lifecycle activities including testing, release coordination, and adoption.
